Challenge:
Design, program and host an interactive, web-based customer
relationship management database system for Shiseido Cosmetics.
Solution:
Marshad Technology Group developed this system to enable frontline
salespeople complete access to customers' purchase histories. Through the
system, salespeople and their managers maintain close contact with
customers, enter comments, and send email notifications. The system gives
managers the ability to monitor sales and customer relations.
Result:
The system enables Shiseido salesforce with the ability to have fast
and easy information access regarding their customers. The system provides a
web-based toolset to manage ongoing relationships with their customers.
