Challenge: Help the Citizens Committee for New York City and neighborhood associations respond to the demand for localized information in the aftermath of the September 11 attack in New York City.

Solution: Create a web database where residents are able to search over 400 neighborhoods in the five boroughs of New York City for information on over 4000 neighborhood associations.
