Client: Tarragon Corporation (NASDAQ: TARR)

Challenge: The client is a highly successful real estate developer. Marshad was contracted to create not only an information design and interface, but additionally a complete visual identity including: logo, color palette and visual styleguide.

Solution: Using Zen inspired soft muted colors that express a high level of comfort and taste, the Marshad design team created a logo for The Park at Palisades. Marshad then designed an information architecture to accommodate the highly sophisticated and demanding taste and appreciation level of prospective buyers of deluxe condominiums in the NYC marketplace. The design team created dozens of architectural floorplans, animations, and user interfaces.

Result: A tasteful presentation of the architectural project and site has been built. Floor plan PDF documents were created to be distributed online to prospective customers. The site was awarded a Silver Award in the Sales/Ecommerce category in the 2005 Horizon Interactive Awards and has also been awarded the Best Real Estate Online campaign in the Web Marketing Association's 2005 Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) Awards.
